HOW TO FISH:
The SlopMaster spinnerbait series was designed by noted Hall-of-Fame Angler Joe Bucher, and is a highly effective lure for largemouth, smallmouth, pike and muskies.  The SlopMaster is particularly productive when fished over cover such as weeds, brush or logs.  The unique design incorporates a flat hydro planning lead head making the lure run shallow the moment you begin your retrieve.  The combination of this flat head and upriding single hook enables you to skitter the lure right over, top, around and through thick cover–right where big gamefish are apt to be.  The special wire arm bend increases vibration over conventional spinner baits, improves its ability to helicopter drop at the edge of cover and makes it a superior hooking lure.  There is no need to fish a trailer hook with the SlopMaster. Always fish the SlopMaster with 12 pound test line or more to avoid breaking off big fish in cover.  When fish are aggressive, work it fast with a steady retrieve running the SlopMaster right below the surface. For less active fish holding deeper, slow down the retrieve, crawling the bait up and down through cover.  You can also “gun” the lure quickly over top emergent slop cover like lily pads, hydrilla and thick weeds by simply increasing your retrieve speed.  Stop it when it reaches an open hole or edge allowing the bait to descend in a helicopter fashion.
