HOW TO FISH:
This new soft plastic tail version of the original DepthRaider gives you, the angler, an added trick to try on muskies, big pike and other big gamefish in a variety of situations. One of the key times to throw this lure is:
1) After a fish has followed or struck short on a conventional DepthRaider.
2) In gin clear waters with ultra spooky fish that follow everything else.
3) When fishing behind many anglers in a tournament or any other heavy fishing pressure situation.
4) When a very slow tantalizing retrieve is desired such as in the colder waters of late fall.
The soft plastic tail can be easily replaced with any of your favorites after damage including trying your own color variations.
For more durability, add a drop of Krazy Glue to the hook shank before sliding up the soft plastic body. This will secure the soft plastic trailer in place without fail.
